This is Gallery: Jeppe, Sales Trainee

At 22, Jeppe is the youngest member of the Gallery team – a true Kolding native with a strong network and a knack for being right where things are happening. Since January, he has been part of the team as a sales trainee – or Sales Trainee, if we want to give it an international touch.

Fun fact: Jeppe actually secured his trainee position through his padel connections – and by beating our founder, Kim Hyldahl, in a padel match. You could call it a rather active job application.

Always ready to say “yes” to a challenge, Jeppe approaches his work with positivity and a solutions-focused mindset, making him a real pleasure to work with. No two days look the same – he primarily manages communication with our Danish customers, supports Henrik, our Danish agent, and steps in wherever an extra hand is needed.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
“I love that no two days are the same and that I get to learn something new every day. I’m lucky to be surrounded by so many great people – it makes me look forward to coming to work each morning. On top of that, I find the fashion industry both exciting and inspiring.

Jeppe’s first major project with Gallery was the Gallery Elite Invitation – the greatest international padel tournament on Danish ground. He was thrown straight into the deep end, but his own experience in the padel world gave him a solid head start. Jeppe himself can be found on the padel court a couple of times a week.

He describes his personal style as a blend of casual and classic. Baggy jeans and boxy T-shirts are wardrobe staples, and he has also developed a fondness for overshirts – something Gallery may have influenced.

Looking at our Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, Jeppe is particularly excited about the Graham Polo Sweat – “great fit, easy to style, and just looks cool” – and the Barkley Wool Coat: “I was also a big fan of our summer version of the Barkley Coat. It works with almost anything and has a very clean, timeless look.”

“Styles that can be dressed up and down really work for me. Something I can wear on a daily basis and at the weekend, where I like to go out and look sharp without putting too much effort into it.”
